Processing and Handling Time

Suntactics solar chargers are in high demand.  Order processing time is 1-3 business days after the order is placed.  We try very hard to ship same day depending on demand.  Sorry, we do not offer expedited processing. However, if you provide us a good case, we may be able to help you.


Shipping Times

After the order is processed through our facility and delivered to USPS, USPS priority guarantees 1-3 days delivery time depending on location.  We ship from San Jose CA, USA.  West coast 1-2 days, Midwest 2-3 days, East Coast 2-3 days.

USPS priority express guarantees 1-2 days delivery time depending on location.  West coast 1 days, Midwest 1-2 days, East Coast 2 days.


Do you ship to Military APO and P.O. Boxes?

Yes we do ship to APO and P.O. Box using USPS as the carrier.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! Canada orders are 3-5 business days.  Overseas 5-8 business days.  We use USPS Priority Mail as the shipping carrier.   We have found this to be very reliable.  We also offer USPS Priority Express. Although it offers better tracking, it is rather expensive and it will only shave off a day or so in delivery time.


To get an estimate of the shipping charge before you buy, add an item to the shopping bag, click the button in the bottom right corner under Tax and Shipping.. 

Please note that your shipment can get stuck in customs. This usually never happens but if it does, there could be some delay to clear customs.

Running short on time?

We advise that you place your order in a timely manner in order to receive your solar charger before your critical departure date on some crazy adventure.  This will give you enough time to test the charger out before you go on your venture.


Once the shipment has been delivered to our carrier (USPS, UPS, etc) and scanned in, we are not responsible if the item is not delivered. In the unfortunate case that the shipment is not delivered or lost, both Suntactics and the buyer can file a claim with the carrier for any loss or damages that incur up to $100.  

If the carrier tracking data shows that the item has been delivered, we are NOT obligated to send a replacement.
