We will use your information to bill and ship products to you, we do not send anything extra like ‘junk mail’ and we especially do not share your address information with 3rd parties who want to send you ‘junk mail’. We only use your credit card and shipping information to 1) charge you for product purchases, 2) send you your item, and nothing else whatsoever.

You will only be contacted about news, surverys, contests, special sales, new products, and discounts if you voluntarily signup for our newsletter or request additional information via email, if you purchase from us you will not be sent this type of information.

We use a shipping processor called ShipStation to ship orders, and a credit card processor called Braintree to bill users for products. These companies do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes beyond filling your order.

We take precautions to protect your information, when you submit sensitive information like address or credit card information we make sure you are protected by use of encryption and we make sure your information is transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by the closed lock icon at the top and bottom of your web browser, or looking for “HTTPS” at the beginning of the address when you enter shipping and billing information.

We also protect your information offline, only employees who need the information to perform a specific task have granted access to this information (for example billing or customer service). The computers/servers which store personal information are kept in a secure environment.
